CLEVELAND - Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason announced that Joanne Schneider was sentenced to 10 years in prison for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity by Judge Shirley Strickland Saffold. The Ohio Division of Securities conducted the investigation.
